Pigment Problems

No matter the cause, brown discoloration on the face can be very distressing. Sometimes brown spots are caused by the sun and other times medical conditions like melasma are responsible. At Moy-Fincher-Chipps, we have multiple methods to help reduce brown spots and restore even skin tone. Sunspots are often best treated with IPL photofacials or Laser Resurfacing. Melasma is often treated with a combination strategy.

Poor Skin Texture

At Moy-Fincher-Chipps, we offer multiple strategies for improving skin texture, and a combination approach including Laser Resurfacing, consistent Facials, and the use of Topical Products often gives optimal results.

Wrinkles and Fine Lines

As we age, the combination of cumulative UV sun exposure and environmental stressors lead to the development of fine lines. Over time, as our skin loses its support structure, lines give way to deeper wrinkles. Many strategies, including use of Muscle Relaxants, soft tissue fillers like Restylane, and Laser Resurfacing can help lessen the appearance of both fine and deeper lines.

Tired Eyes

We communicate most expressively through our eyes. They are indeed the “windows to the soul.” Unfortunately, aging eyes can significantly impact your appearance. Instead of looking rested, alert, and energetic; drooping eyelids, puffy eye bags, dark circles, and wrinkles can make us look tired, run-down, unhappy, or even angry. No matter your concern, we have multiple strategies to help you refresh your eyes, including Upper Lid Blepharoplasty, Lower Lid Blepharoplasty, Laser Resurfacing, Radiofrequency Tightening, Topical Products, Muscle Relaxants, and soft tissue fillers like Restylane. Our physicians will help tailor the best combination of strategies for your individual concerns.

Hollow Cheeks

As we age, sunlight and environmental stress break down our skin’s collagen. We slowly lose mass and fat, and gravity pulls our cheeks down forming unwanted jowls. To help reverse these age-related changes, soft tissue injectable fillers can be added beneath the skin’s surface to restore volume, lift sagging structures, and judiciously fill lines.

Many soft tissue fillers are available on the market, and each has specific uses. To restore cheek volume specifically, Juvederm Voluma, Restylane Lyft, and Sculptra Aesthetic are most commonly used.

Uneven Nose

The shape of the nose can be modified with soft tissue fillers. Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a simple procedure where a soft tissue filler is injected beneath the skin to lift the tip of the nose or smooth out a bump on the nasal bridge. Because filler is added in these procedures, the overall size of the nose cannot be decreased. Non-surgical rhinoplasty is an alternative to surgery and does not require general anesthesia or significant post-operative downtime.

Many soft tissue fillers are available on the market, and each has specific uses. To smooth the shape of the nose, fillers, such as Juvederm, Restylane, or Radiesse are most frequently used.  These products typically last 9-12 months before internal processes gradually break them down and eliminate them from the body.

Thin Wrinkled Lips

Thin lips and surrounding fine lines don’t have to make us look older than our age. Lips can be plumped with soft tissue filler like Restylane or Juvederm and lines can be reduced with Laser Resurfacing. All of our providers are committed to restoring a more youthful look while keeping you looking incredibly natural.
