A 45 year-old man presented with an aggressive basal cell carcinoma on his right nose. The cancer, which had deeply infiltrated the nasal tissues was successfully removed using Mohs micrographic surgery in 4 stages. Facial plastic reconstructive surgery was used to repair the wound with two skin flaps and a graft the same day as surgery. 6 months after his surgery, his nose is well contoured and his breathing normal.
